Effective October 1, 2005, the V.A.L.U.E. in Local Government Cooperative Purchasing Program of Southeastern Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Be SMART Coalition contracted with Cascade Asset Management for the handling of electronics collected from community collection programs as well as from government institutions.
