Use the Be SMART Conservation Challenge to Meet School Requirements

As a participant in the Be SMART Conservation Challenge, you'll do some creative problem solving, help your community, work with people who have interesting jobs and learn about the environment. That's something your instructors should know about.

Consider the skills you will use as you do your project and relate them to classes you are taking or service learning activities this year. Ask for credit for your work on your Be SMART project. Find out what your instructor wants to see in your work and build those things into your project - or choose a project that matches your course goals. Get the specific requirements and thank your instructor for the opportunity.
