The Be SMART Conservation Challenge is for students and others who identify waste or pollution at school, work, a business, or in the community here in Wisconsin and successfully reduce it. The Challenge is all about stopping problems before they start. That idea is at the heart of waste reduction. Use your own ideas to reduce waste, prevent pollution and conserve resources to help your community and the environment.
